About The Anthony Seddon Fund

We are a Peer Support Mental Health Charity, based in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester. Founded in 2014 in memory of Anthony Seddon, who struggled with bipolar disorder and tragically passed away in 2013, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can come to talk, connect, and receive support.

While we do not offer counselling or therapy, we create a space where people feel heard and supported. We’re known for our friendly, non-judgemental approach, and yes, we make a great cup of tea!

Our services include a range of activities designed to reduce isolation and promote positive wellbeing, including peer support groups, holistic therapies, and creative activities. If we’re not the right fit for you, we’ll do our best to direct you to the appropriate service or support.

For those in crisis, please visit our Crisis Support Page for more information on how we can help or direct you to the appropriate resources.
